Hotel Information
ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for ATA’s 2024 MCE. Only those registered for the event will receive a confirmation email with the hotel reservation link.
Discounted Hotel Rate Deadline: Friday, September 13
ATA has negotiated special discounted rates at the hotels listed below:
- Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown: $304
- Omni Nashville Hotel: $300
- Renaissance Nashville Hotel: $314
- The Westin Nashville: $269
Nightly rates may increase with additional occupancy and do not include taxes and fees, which are subject to change without notice. A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required and will be charged by the hotel on or after September 13.
Hotel Reservation Questions
Hotel reservation changes (arrival/departure/cancellation): Contact ConferenceDirect at (833) 758-1396 or MCE@conferencedirect.com Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm (EST).
ConferenceDirect will charge a $30 cancellation fee for all hotel reservation cancellations. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*ATAMCE24”.
Suite reservations: Email your request, including stay dates and hotel name, to Marsha Barninger, Director, Registration & Housing, MCE at mbarninger@trucking.org.
Hotel reservation link: Once your registration has been successfully processed an email confirmation with the hotel reservation link will generate and send. Please note:
- You must register to secure a room at the ATA discounted room rate.
- Spouse/Guest registrations will not receive a separate hotel reservation link.
- Confirmation emails can only be sent to one email address.
Can’t find your confirmation email? Email registrations@trucking.org and check your spam filter. Please add meeting_confirmation@trucking.org and donotreply@trucking.org to your safe senders list.

Hotel Advisory
If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them or provide any form of payment. Please contact ATA immediately at mbarninger@trucking.org with the information. The official procedure to make hotel reservations is to register for MCE 2024 and use the hotel reservation link provided in the registration confirmation email from ATA.
