Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration through the Registration Portal is now closed.  New exhibitor registrations, changes, updates and upgrades need to be processed onsite at the Registration Desk.  Please come to the onsite Registration counter located under the onsite headers for Exhibitor registration processing. The Registration Desk opens at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 25.

Primary booth contacts can still update their booth profile information that shows up on the floor plan and the mobile app through the MCE Exhibitor Hub.

  • Discounted Hotel Rate: PASSED
  • Meeting Registration Cancellation: PASSED
  • Change/Substitution/Transfer: October 13
  • Exhibitor Registration Portal: Shutdown is 5:30 pm (EST), October 13.
    • Changes and new registrations can be made in the portal until it is closed at COB, Monday, October 13.  After October 13, any new registrations, upgrades, or changes must be made on-site at the Registration desk. The Registration desk opens at 9:00 am on Saturday, October 25.

  • Includes access to: Same as Complimentary Partial, All food functions inside and outside the Exhibit Hall and the Closing Night Party with food and entertainment.
