Joanna is passionate about integrating cutting-edge safety technology into existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and create a safer work environment. In her most recent role as Global Fleet Safety Director at UPS, Joanna spearheaded the adoption of Video Telematics technology, leading to a significant reduction in vehicle crashes, while also improving compliance and the implementation of sustainable fleet management strategies. She is currently a Safety Consultant and an Instructor in the Safety Science Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
