ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for ATA’s 2026 Management Conference & Exhibition. Only those registered for the event will receive the hotel booking link in their registration confirmation email. Spouse/Guest registration does not receive a separate link.

Hotel reservation link: If you are planning on attending the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, the link can be found in your registration confirmation email.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. The hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room and tax to your credit card on or after September 25. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night's room and tax.
If you require assistance or need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact ConferenceDirect at (833) 758-1369 or MCE@conferencedirect.com, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST). ConferenceDirect will charge a $30.00 cancellation fee for all hotel reservation cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*ATAMCE26”. Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur this fee.

If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them or provide any form of payment. Please contact ATA immediately at mbarninger@trucking.org with the information. The official procedure to make hotel reservations is to register for MCE and use the hotel reservation link provided in the registration confirmation email from ATA.
