ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for ATA’s 2025 MCE.
The deadline to complete your hotel reservation at the ATA discounted rate is Friday, September 26.
Hotel Reservation Questions
Hotel reservation link: Once your registration has been successfully processed an email confirmation with the hotel reservation link will generate and send.
Suite reservations: If you are interested in reserving a suite, send your request, including stay dates and hotel name, to Marsha Barninger, Director, Registration & Housing, MCE at mbarninger@trucking.org.
Modifications or Cancellations: If you require assistance or need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact ConferenceDirect at 833-758-1396 or MCE@conferencedirect.com, Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm (EST). ConferenceDirect will charge a $30.00 cancellation fee for all hotel reservation cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*ATAMCE25”.

Hotel Advisory
If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with ATA in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them or provide any form of payment. Please contact ATA immediately at mbarninger@trucking.org with the information. The official procedure to make hotel reservations is to register for MCE and use the hotel reservation link provided in the registration confirmation email from ATA.
