Vice President of Safety and Compliance, J.B. Hunt
Joshua Vance has been a dedicated professional in the transportation industry for over 27 years. After joining J.B. Hunt, 23 years ago he was quickly promoted through a series of roles in operations and startup operations for multiple customers. His dedication to safety led him to transition into the safety department where he quickly advanced to the position of regional safety manager and then the role of Safety Director for J.B. Hunt Intermodal. After four successful years in that position, he was promoted to Vice President of Safety and Compliance for J.B. Hunt. In this capacity he leads a team of over 100 safety professionals.
