As Executive Director, Health and Benefits for the Transportation and Logistics Practice, Rebecca Parr’s expertise includes a consultative approach to driving the needs of her clients. Parr carries experience as an employee benefits consultant within the transportation and logistics industry sector for over 30 years. During this time, the focus has been on working with numerous trucking companies across the United States of all sizes from small/midmarket to large. Her experience within the T&L space involves navigating the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Well-designed benefits packages are crucial for attracting and retaining drivers, office and shop personnel.
Long standing client relationships of 15+ years. She has experience partnering with HR teams as a trusted advisor, and focus has been on streamlining administrative processes and providing year-round support in managing benefits programs as well as driving the lowest cost of risk.
Helping trucking companies create benefit programs, adhere to the multitude of compliance challenges, placing appropriate programs that are relevant to the industry and the type of trucking company we are serving IE: last mile, long haul, regional that demonstrate a genuine commitment to the clients’ corporate objectives and challenges. Involvement and oversight of a multitude of merger and acquisition oversight directly with clients in acquisition mode or through private equity relationship activity.
