Anne-Marie Lynn has been with U.S. Legal Services since 2005 and has served as Director of Business Development and Marketing since 2011. She has been instrumental in growing the company’s presence as a leading provider of legal protection insurance, with a focus on developing solutions that support the unique needs of the transportation industry.

Through her work, Anne-Marie partners with motor carriers, employee benefits brokers, and industry organizations to deliver prescriptive, driver-focused legal protection insurance plans that improve compliance, strengthen retention, and provide peace of mind for professional drivers and their families. Anne-Marie maintains active life, health, annuity, and property & casualty insurance licenses across multiple states, giving her the expertise to align legal protection insurance with the broader benefits strategies of employers, carriers, and associations. With a Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of North Florida, Anne-Marie brings both business acumen and industry knowledge to her role.

Under Anne-Marie’s leadership, U.S. Legal Services has expanded into new markets, built strong industry partnerships, and achieved a 92% customer retention rate through innovative programming and tailored legal solutions. She also serves as Vice President of the Allied Committee for the Trucking Industry (ACT 1) and sits on the Research Advisory Committee of the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), reflecting her deep commitment to advancing the trucking industry. In addition, Anne-Marie is an active member of the American Trucking Associations, Truckload Carriers Association, National Tank Truck Council, Safety, Security & Human Resources Council, North Florida Compensation and Benefits Association, and the Jacksonville Transportation Club.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Anne-Marie enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Don, their four children, and their silver Labrador, Ashe.
