Dale Decker is the Chief Executive Officer of Decker Truck Line, a 94‑year‑old family-owned carrier founded in 1931. As the fourth‑generation leader, Dale has continued the company’s legacy while driving innovation and growth. Decker Truck Line operates approximately 800 power units nationwide, specializing in refrigerated and flatbed freight.
Under Dale’s leadership, the company has been recognized as one of the Best Fleets to Drive For five consecutive years, earning the distinction of 2025 Overall Best Fleet to Drive For – Large Carrier in North America.
