Exhibitor Registration

Exhibit booth personnel registration/changes/cancellations for Exhibitor Only, Exhibitor Complimentary Partial, and Exhibitor Complimentary Partial with Upgrade to Full Attendee MUST be processed through the MCE Exhibitor Hub.

Your company's Primary Booth Contact will receive an email from ATAExhibits@trucking.org with additional information and instructions on the new registration process for booth personnel.

Important Deadlines

  • Discounted Hotel Rate: September 18
  • Upgraded Full Event Registration Cancellation: September 18 (refund minus $200 cancellation fee)
  • Change/Substitution/Transfer: September 28 (through portal only)
  • Exhibitor Registration Portal: September 28 (5:00 PM EST)

Exhibit-Only – $0
*Booths receive a minimum of 3 with a maximum of 18 badges. For example, a 300 square foot booth is allotted 9 Exhibit Only badges.

  • Includes: Access to exhibit hall activities and all food functions on the exhibit floor. (Event tickets may be purchased separately.)

Complimentary Partial - $0
*Booths receive a minimum of 3 with a maximum of 18 badges. For example, a 300 square foot booth is allotted 9 Complimentary Partial badges.

  • Includes: Access to business & educational sessions, exhibit hall, Welcome Reception, and food functions inside the exhibit hall. Excludes: Sunday Luncheon, Monday Breakfast and the Closing Night Party with food & entertainment. (Event tickets may be purchased separately.)

Exhibitor Upgraded Full Conference - $850 Member | $1,100 Non-Member
*Upgrades are in lieu of a Complimentary Partial badge, not in addition to. For example, a 300 square foot booth is allotted a total of 9 Complimentary Partial badges. Only those 9 badges can be upgraded to Full Conference.

  • Includes: Access to All ATA MCE Activities (business & educational sessions, exhibit hall, Welcome Reception, all food functions inside and outside the exhibit hall, and the Closing Night Party with food & entertainment). Full Conference registrants have the same access as the other types of exhibitor badges. A list of exhibiting companies is provided to security.
