Senior Vice President of Government Transportation, US Bank
Cheryl Garcia is the Senior Vice President for Government Transportation. Her team oversees all aspects of sales, relationship management, implementation, account management and customer service for U.S. Bank Freight Payment and U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet customers.
Cheryl has deep roots in the transportation industry. She founded three transportation companies while earning a bachelor’s in business administration in Finance at the University of Texas, building the business into a household goods market leader before selling it. Cheryl achieved an Executive Education Certificate in “Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies” at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and she holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2004, Cheryl was a Fortune 100 management consultant, and a member of the board of municipally owned utility CPS Energy, and she currently serves on the USPS Strategic Supplier Board of Advisors and the U.S. Bank Federal Political Action Committee Board of Directors.
