Executive Chairman & Veteran Owner, Hirschbach Motor Lines
Brad Pinchuk is the Executive Chairman and Veteran Owner of Hirschbach Motor Lines, one of the largest and most successful trucking companies in the U.S. After graduating with a business degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and serving as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In 1994, completed his military service and entered the trucking industry. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, he worked closely with drivers and customers, learning the business from the ground up. He started with Hirschbach 25 years ago as the VP of Operations. He soon became President, earned some sweat equity, and eventually purchased the business. Under his leadership, the company grew 10x over a 10-year period (2014 – 2023) to over a billion in annualized revenue.
In 2023, Hirschbach earned certification as a Veteran’s Business Enterprise™ (VBE), reflecting Brad’s pride in his military service and commitment to supporting veterans. Brad and his wife, Jillayne, an artist and philanthropist, have been married for over 30 years and raised three daughters. Jillayne actively supports Hirschbach’s community initiatives, including creating the company’s holiday cards based on Driver photos. Together, they lead with an "All In To Win" philosophy, fostering strong relationships and a dynamic company culture.
