Phil Wilt was named President, adding the title to his existing role as Chief Operating Officer in August 2016 at American Central Transport.. Phil started with the organization in May 2006 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Safety. He has worked extensively in Sales, Marketing and Human Resources for 20+ years and has held the positions of Director of Human Resources, Director Employee Development, Sales Manager and Brand Manager.

Phil is active with the Missouri Trucking Association where he serves on the Board of Directors. 

He received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Economics and Education from the University of Missouri in Columbia. In addition, he has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
