Jim Filter is Executive Vice President, Group President of Transportation and Logistics at Schneider, a premier provider of transportation, intermodal and logistics services. He is responsible for all aspects of Schneider's three operating segments: Truckload, lntermodal and Logistics, as well as Sales and Marketing.

Filter started his career with Schneider in 1998 as a Maintenance Team Leader. Over the years, he has held a variety of leadership positions. Prior to assuming his current role in 2022, Filter was the Senior Vice President/ General Manager of lntermodal and Chief Commercial Officer.

Prior to joining Schneider, Filter worked at UPS and served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an MBA from Wayne State University. His community involvement includes serving on the board of directors for Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin.
