Hemant leads the Financial Products division at Motive, which includes Motive Card, an embedded fintech solution that allows businesses to unify their fleet and spend management through a single, integrated platform. Hemant started his career at Microsoft as a Software Engineer and held various product management roles at Microsoft, Yelp, and Uber before joining Stripe to lead the Merchant Intelligence team responsible for fraud detection and prevention. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
