Abby Ryan is a second generation trucking leader and President of Crawford Trucking in Des Moines, Iowa. Growing up around the family business gave Abby an early appreciation for the people, relationships, and hard work that keep the trucking industry moving.
Today, she is focused on carrying Crawford’s legacy forward while continuing to evolve the company for the future. Abby is also actively involved in the broader trucking community through the Iowa Motor Truck Association, TCA’s Elevate Young Leadership Program, and Women In Motion.
She is passionate about developing strong teams, creating opportunities for the next generation, and ensuring the people behind the industry remain at the center of its future.
